Province of Palawan | CHED MIMAROPA Regional Director Dr. Jimmy G. Catanes, alongside officials of Western Philippines University, and WPU’s KanTugYaw Performing Arts Troupe, warmly welcomed CHED Chairman De Vera, as he arrived at Puerto Princesa Palawan for the conduct of the Investiture Ceremony of Dr. Amabel S. Liao, as the 4th President of the Western Philippines University.

Also present were Director Edna Imelda F. Legazpi, CHED Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS), and former CHED MIMAROPA Regional Director Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag.
