In celebration of the 29th CHED Founding Anniversary, the CHED MIMAROPA, headed by Regional Director Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag, together with the MIMAROPA Higher Education Institutions, celebrates the 29 years of CHED’s Excellence and Service.
Let’s come together as we commemorate the founding anniversary of the commission. Let’s celebrate and join the activities prepared for the region.

CHED MIMAROPA together with MIMAROPA HEIs Parade for the celebration of 29th CHED Founding Anniversary.
The Commission on Higher Education – MIMAROPA Region headed by Regional Director Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag, along with the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the region held a Parade for the celebration of 29th CHED Founding Anniversary. The parade started at the Department of Education, – Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, going to Palawan State University Puerto Princesa Campus as kick off activity for the CHED UNIFAST TES CONGRESS.
PadyaKalikasan | Biking and Tree Planting Activity at Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
The CHEDRO Officials and Personnel headed by Regional Director Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag, in coordination with Palawan State University headed by University President Dr. Ramon Docto commenced their biking and tree planting activity at PSU Puerto Princesa Campus to Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm for the celebration of the 29th CHED Founding Anniversary. The CHED MIMAROPA Officials and Personnel visited the Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm for tree planting activity and dialogue with Bureau of Correction – Iwahig, Palawan headed by Superintendent CCINSP Gary A. Garcia RC, MSCS. The padyak and tree planting activity aims to raise awareness on the importance of sustaining the environment and taking the initiative to nurture new life. On the occasion of CHEDs anniversary CHEDRO MIMAROPA is in the forefront of promoting and protecting the environment and being a positive change driver in the region.
