One of the highlights of PADYAKarunungan 2022 is the Leadership Training/Workshop attended by Marinduque HEI Student Leaders and beneficiaries of RA 10931 or Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (UAQTEA). Dr. Mark Anthony D. Latoja, Program Head-MBA and PHD College Instructor of Saint Louis College of San Fernando, La Union facilitated the workshop and shared his wisdom and brilliant insights to our participants on how to become future excellent leaders in their own field.
Among Dr. Latoja’s discussion points are the different styles of a leader, their character, trusting and influencing people. These topics are a big help for the attendees in transforming to leadership roles in the future whether in industry or government. Dr. Latoja gained the students trust and most of the attendees joined enthusiastically in the activities and provided positive feedback regarding the conduct of the training.
