A milestone moment for Romblon State University (RSU)! CHED Chairman J. Prospero “Popoy” De Vera III led the groundbreaking ceremony for the Community Outreach for Athletes and Character Enhancement Through Sports (COACHES) Program, a sports development initiative funded by CHED.
This transformative project includes the modernization of RSU’s gymnasium and the introduction of innovative sports
programs aimed at fostering athletic excellence, character development, and community engagement.
