CHED Chairman J. Prospero “Popoy” De Vera III spearheaded the inauguration of SMART ISLA: Integrated SMART Campus for Learning Advancements in an Island Education Setting at Romblon State University (RSU) under the CHED Institutional Development and Innovation Grants (IDIG) Program.
The project enhances student learning and faculty productivity through improved digital infrastructure, research
facilities, and post-harvest technology, ensuring quality education and innovation thrive in an island setting.
