In line with the conduct of the ETEEAP sa Bagong Pilipinas Forum on 07 April 2026, the Commission launched the ETEEAP National Registration and Onboarding for Lifelong Learning Overseas Filipino Workers (ENROLL OFWs) Online Enlistment System. The online platform shall serve as a mechanism to conduct pre-assessment to adult learners, including those repatriated OFWs who were affected by the armed-conflict in the Middle East, who intend to acquire a degree program via ETEEAP.
CHED-MIMAROPA set-up kiosks for ENROLL OFWs at its main Office (HEDC Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Diliman, Quezon City).Satellite offices in Registrar Building, Mindoro State University, Calapan City, and Executive House, Western Philippines University Palawan, also have the same kiosks.
In support of expanding access to education for overseas Filipino workers, CHED MIMAROPA also coordinated with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)-MIMAROPA Regional office in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro on April 22, 2026 to strengthen the collaboration in assisting repatriated OFWs. The meeting focused on identifying potential ETEEAP beneficiaries and exploring initiatives to connect them with higher education opportunities. The installation of a possible ETEEAP kiosk at the DMW office was likewise discussed to further improve accessibility of services.
