CHED-UniFAST and the Film Development Council of the Philippines wrapped up the CINEISKOOL Short Film Lab and Festival and its related activities held from June 22 to 25, 2022 for the ten CINEISKOOL finalists and film grantees.
The CINEISKOOL filmmakers who are beneficiaries of the programs under Republic Act 10931 or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act were participants and attendees of the premiere screening and awarding ceremonies held at the Gateway Mall Cineplex on June 22, 2022. A panel discussion entitled, “From Real to Reel: Depicting Real Life Stories Through the Eyes of the Filipino Youth,” a talkback session with the filmmakers, Healthy Pilipinas Short Film Festival opening ceremonies, and the film talks on PeliKULAYa were also held during the festival.
Congratulations once again to all our CINEISKOOL filmmakers and our enormous gratitude to FDCP, the film lab and resident mentors, higher education institutions, and to everyone who supported the CINEISKOOL project.
