The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) MIMAROPA, through its Non-Conventional Higher Education Unit, successfully conducted orientations to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Mindoro Oriental from April 20 to 23, 2026.
The HEIs with intent for ETEEAP deputization and were guided to the process includes: Mindoro State University (MinSU), John Paul College (JPC), and City College of Calapan (CCC).
The orientations provided participating institutions with knowledge on various life-long learning pathways (e.g. ODeL, Micro-credentialing), comprehensive insights into the ETEEAP program, including its objectives, learner qualifications, application procedures, requirements, and processes to go through for HEIs to be deputized as ETEEAP providers.
The activity signifies the Commission’s commitment to Advance and Accessible Lifelong Learning, Human Capital Development and inclusive education.
