Palawan State University submitted itself to the joint CHED Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) and Technical Panel (TP) evaluation on March 25 to 27, 2026 for its deputization to offer Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration under Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP).
The evaluation team composed of Technical Panel and Staff of the Office of Programs and Standards Development (OPSD) of the Commission namely: Dr. Bashiruddin A. Ajihil, Dr. Alexander Franco A. Delantar, Dr. Benilda N. Villenas, and Ms. Mely Mar T. Perez – OPSD Staff, together with the CHED-MIMAROPA RQAT composed of Dr. Kevien Dela Cruz (Business Management and Administration programs), Prof. Janelle Villamor (Hospitality Management Programs), Ms. Merigen S. Cafino and Ms. Jenalyn L Baliong – CHEDRO ETEEAP focals, worked together to complete the evaluation of program implementation via ETEEAP.
The evaluation activity successfully identified the observations and recommendations that could enhance the implementation of ETEEAP in Palawan State University.
