In a momentous ceremony today, Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani was officially reaffirmed as the 5th President of Romblon State University (RSU)—a testament to her dedication and leadership.
CHED Commissioner Dr. Marita R. Canapi presented her appointment, while CHED Chairman J. Prospero E. De Vera III led the ceremonial donning of the Presidential Regalia and administered the Oath of
Office. Chairman De Vera also delivered an inspirational message, emphasizing the importance of transformative leadership in higher education.
