The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) extends its gratitude to its outgoing commissioners, Dr. Perfecto A. Alibin and Dr. Lilian A. De Las Llagas, for their service and contribution to higher education.
Dr. Alibin and Dr. De Las Llagas served the Commission from August 2017 to February 2022.
