PADYAKalikasan is a unity ride conceptualized by the Commission on Higher Education(CHED) Chair Prof Popoy De Vera where he bikes around localities of SUCs he visits and personally talks to beneficiaries of the RA 10931, which he said he had the privilege of implementing for the duration of President Duterte’s administration.
The 29-kilometer fun ride was joined by over 150 bikers of almost 10 cycling groups from different Municipalities on the Island. The route started at RSU Main Campus and ended at RSU Agpudlos, San Andres, Romblon.
