From 2024 to 2025, the number of MIMAROPA HEIs featured in these prestigious rankings has grown impressively:
In THE Impact Rankings, the count increased from 1 to 5 HEIs, marking a 400% increase.
In WURI, the number rose from 1 to 7 HEIs, representing a remarkable 600% increase.
Moreover, when considering rankings per category:
For THE Impact Rankings per Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) category, the number of HEIs rose from 1 in 2024 to 6 in 2025, a 500% increase.
For WURI per innovation category, the number of HEIs ranked grew from 1 in 2024 to 12 in 2025, an outstanding 1100% increase.
